Cette fédération fondée en 1913 à Paris avait au début le français comme
langue officielle comme en témoigne son histoire et comme en témoigne l’extrait
suivant de son site Internet :

" The first edicts of the meeting were:

Official language would be French with English translation
Administration of the Federation was to be run from Paris

Maintenant que le siège social de la fédération est située en Angleterre
(depuis 1998), il n’est plus question de traduction de l’anglais au français.
