Oui, j’ai eu affaire surtout par téléphone et bien sûr que j’ai choisi " FRANÇAIS " et si j’ai essayé de résoudre le problème par l’internet et que je suis « TOMBÉ " sur un site « anglais " c’est de votre faute. Toujours est-il que vous ne pouvez pas ignorer que je suis au QUÉBEC.
