La diversité linguistique et culturelle de l'Europe n'existerait plus !

La lecture du protocole d'entente « Special Accession programme for
Agriculture and Rural Development in the Czech Republic; Multiannual
Financial Agreement between the Commission of the European Communities and
the Czech Republic», accessible à l'adresse

vous permettra de constater que la Commission européenne fait fi de la
diversité linguistique et des cultures nationales de l'Europe pour imposer
l'anglais comme seule langue officielle.

Extrait du Protocole d'entente :

Article 5

Language

1. Any communication between the Commission and the Czech Republic related
to this Agreement shall be in English.

2. The Czech Republic shall ensure that for the Commission examination
referred to in Article 3 (1) of Section A of the Annex, relevant national
legislation, written procedures manuals, guidelines, standard control
check-lists, relevant administrative notices, standard documents and forms
shall be available in English. Where documentation is needed for purposes
other than for that examination, but is not available in English, the Czech
Republic shall provide texts in English expeditiously following a request
from the Commission.

Article 10

Signature

This Agreement shall be drawn up in duplicate in English and Czech, only the
English text being authentic.

Jazyk

1. Jakákoli komunikace mezi Komisí a èeskou republikou v souvislosti s touto
dohodou probíhá v anglickém jazyce.

èeská republika zajistí, aby pro úèely setøení Komise podle èlánku 3 odst. 1
oddílu A pøílohy byly v anglickém jazyce k dispozici pøíslusné vnitrostátní
právní pøedpisy, písemné metodické pokyny, smìrnice, standardní kontrolní
seznamy, pøíslusná správní oznámení, standardní dokumenty a formuláøe. V
pøípadech, kdy je dokumentace tøeba pro jiné úèely, nez je toto setøení, a
není k dispozici v anglickém jazyce, èeská republika na zádost Komise tyto
texty v co nejkratsím termínu poskytne v anglickém jazyce.

Tato dohoda se vyhotovuje ve dvou exempláøích v anglickém jazyce a v èeském
jazyce, pouze anglický text je autentický
